An international celebration of French history, Bastille Day, formerly known as La fete nationale, is a French national holiday commemorating the storming of Bastille in 1789. This day pays homage to the unity of the French nation during the French Revolution.

Philip Johnson and head chef Simon Palmer mark the special day with a five-course French dinner of truffle-infused dishes, featuring Western Australian winter truffles. A decadent one-off menu for your tastebuds to remember for years to come.
