- Meet Chef Luke Nguyen Friday 22 July at the Night Noodle Markets and sample a selection of his favourite dishes from Fat Noodle.
- Head to the Yalumba Rooftop bar and soak up the atmosphere with sangria on the rooftop and enjoy a different view of the Night Noodle Markets.
- Brisbane welcomes Mercedes-Benz and The Temporium to the Noodle Markets for 2016. With a designer terrace and 2 luxurious Mercedes-Benz cars on show, there’s plenty to explore.
Meet the stars
Lights, camera, noodles! This year’s Brisbane Night Noodle Markets will for the fi rst time give you the chance to get up close and personal with live cooking demonstrations, meet & greets and appearances from some of Australia’s top chefs, plus the stars of Channel Seven. Saturday July 23 - meet the Morgans from Home & Away! Jackson Heywood and Orpheus Pledger are Summer Bay’s newest brothers and they will be live, taking your questions and taking photos. On Sunday July 24 catch patissier extraordinaire Adriano Zumbo from the upcoming Zumbo’s Just Desserts live as he brings his tales of dessert decadence (and some treats to sample) to the Night Noodle Market crowds.
