The Press Club was Calombaris’ first restaurant and was relaunched to Melbourne diners in 2013 with an impressive run sheet of beautiful new stylings and playful flavours and techniques. Josue Lopez, Brisbane Times 2016 Good Food Guide Citi Chef of the Year, joins the party to deliver a collaborative menu that is sure to excite your palate in ways you never thought possible.
